Pros (+) The location was the main reason for our stay. 15 min walk to Disneyland. It was relatively clean. Manager was helpful. Our room was cleaned when we got back for our second night.
Cons (-) Heater never got warm no matter how long it was on for. On the second night the people next door were loud and disturbing.
Pros (+) The bed was very, very comfortable. After a long day at Disneyland, it was perfect to relax and sleep through the night. The close proximity to Disneyland was a bonus, too. We were able to walk to there and save a lot on parking.
Cons (-) Besides the mattress and the location, the room was very cheap. The knobs on the heater/AC didn't work well and there was still a drink in the fridge from the previous guests, which was kind of gross. The internet was so bad that I couldn't load anything, not even my email. The breakfast was just cereal, a few croissants and danishes, orange juice, milk, and coffee. Pros (+) Great location, just a short walk through a parking lot to the Disneyland Hotel & Downtown Disney. Much quieter part of Katella Ave. than near Harbour Blvd. Lots of TV channels. Solid value for price paid
Cons (-) Bit skimpy on the towels & amenities. Parking gets a bit tight in evening.
