Pros: Breakfast was very ok (they had also vegetable which is becoming rare even in good hotels). Room was quiet and comfortable. TV was a bit smaller but i havent even use it during whole week stay.

Cons: Internet is working but there is a room for improvement. Its slow and very often the wifi connection is dropping and you have to reconnect again and again with your iPhone.

Pros: Great location. Quick check in. The staff strives to do everything to double your needs. Mineral water is amazing.

Cons: SPA center has poor equipment. Low pressure water jets for massage in the pool. Such massage is just useless even for relax.

Pros: The spa and rooms were amazing. The entire experience was lovely. Definitely would come back.

Cons: We came with a family and we weren’t able to enjoy the indoor pool facilities with them. But we didn’t know that we weren’t able to bring the children.

Pros: Nice and luxurious hotel in the elegant spa of Fiuggi. We – my wife and me - arrived late (at about 22:30) on Friday, but due to late closure (on Fridays only) were able to enjoy excellent swimming pool (indoors) and Jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor). Our room was nice, not so big, but clean, with a comfortable bed – though it (the room) needs a bit of refreshment. Nice bathroom. The hotel is quite big – and well furnished, with some nice and elegant rooms and halls around reception area. Very helpful staff at the reception, receptionist even took our car key and re-parked afterwards as there is a slight problem with the parking in the busy street where the hotel is. Breakfast was really excellent, delicious actually, with a wide choice of practically everything – and served in a beautiful and elegant huge dining room.

Cons: The room needs to be refreshed a bit.

Pros: Breakfast was good, but apparently there was menu list to have some dishes ordered but we were only informed about it on 3rd day. Location is very convenient. Very clean room.

Cons: Bread toaster in breakfast area makes terrible sound non-stop. Someone, please fix it!) One of the days parking area was full, so we had to park our car in public space and pay for it.

Cons: Old room facilities, dent bed, small water, poor air circulation, not worthy for the price for such a four star hotel, a 3 star or lower equivalent standard maybe.

Cons: Incredible relaxing place. I'm highly recommend. If you need update yourself this place for you. Per weekend maybe kind of busy but in working days it's perfect! Thank you Ambasciatori!!!!

Pros: Very clean and modern facility.

Cons: Unfortunately, the swimming pool was quite cold, apparently, there was a technical problem. The spa area was quite small for the number of people that there so quite uncomfortable at times, especially in the sauna. We also wanted to book a massage but there was only availability at 9 am and we had check-out at 10:30 am. The Turkish bath also has a strange smell that many people were complaining about and I have never experienced anywhere else. Overall clean facility with great services but I don't believe I will return or recommend it.

Pros: Hotel has been upgraded since a previous booking several years ago so we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was very good. Definitely good value.

Pros: Staff were great. Breakfast selection was more than ample. Gianfranco was extremely helpful in recovering our lost luggage.

Cons: Room could've done with updating. Bathroom was clean enough but not cleaned as thoroughly as it could've. Clients in adjacent rooms were extremely noisy and inconsiderate on our first night and not much was done to deal with this.

Pros: Large bedroom and bed. Internal shutters so dark for sleeping. Excellent range for breakfast and very helpful staff.

Cons: The shower screen was too small so water all over the floor! Partner had a bath instead.

Pros: A wonderful family hotel. Very convinient, great breakfast, fresh and tasty local food, even had huge variety of gluten free goods. We arrived after lunch time, but before dinner started, kids were very hungry, the owner called several places and made arrangements for us to eat at an unconvinient time, shared a lot of information about places to go, restsurants to eat. The parking is pretty small. I would advice to reserve a spot ahead. We shall definitely come back next year for a longer stay.

Pros: Perfect for a seniors bus tour of back water Italy. This place is fine, especially for the amount you pay to stay there however it’s very dated and filled only with elderly stopping by to enjoy the Terme. Fairly close to walk to the New Town square which is lovely for a nice Aperitivo at Bar 36. Pizza at Pizzeria Da Falasca Di Fiorini Stefano & Co. is a must!!

Cons: Floors were a bit dirty (we wore shoes inside the whole time). There is no fridge in rooms and not much ice available from reception to chill drinks. Breakfast was very limited with no bread available until we asked and even then only small amounts given out upon request. Not many savoury options (no egg, meat or cheese).

Pros: Nicer than what expected and much better compared. To The ever age for Fiuggi. I will be staying there again for sure

Pros: Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a family member with a dietary restriction and they helped out at breakfast to accommodate the special need. Rooms were super clean, hotel was in a good location, and on-site parking was much appreciated.

Cons: The shower in my room was a bit small, but that's not uncommon in many European hotels.

Pros: As we are vegans, the menus were not, but the staff was very kind and did amazing separate dishes just for us, so we can enjoy the food. The spa was very clean and relaxing and the room extremely comfortable.

Cons: The plumbing seemed a bit old and the shower was clogged (room 109), but that is a very minor issue that you can overlook. Also, if you do not drive there, but go with public transport, you would have to take a train and bus to get there, which can get you tired, so I definitely recommend driving.

Cons: The room was standard. Didn’t like the fact that the door was broken , so couldn’t lock from the inside. The temperature was too hot , which made it very difficult to sleep. We was a bit disappointed that the wellness spa just served water and tea. Would had been nice to have had snacks / fruit, considering that it was a 4 star hotel

Pros: The hospitality was an absolute delight! The owners welcomed us with a freshly baked cake and made us feel very comfortable, gave us great tips for exploring the area. The breakfast was amazing!

Pros: The hosts were extra friendly and welcoming. Always available and willing to give more than what I would even ask. They instantly gave me a feeling of ease and of "being at home".

Cons: Everything! Terrible beds, old and uncomfortable. Outdated rooms and the hotel as well. Breakfast worst i've ever seen. Old bread, fruit not ripe, cereal old. Glass on the floor. It's an outdated hotel where only elderly people spend there days. The spa was dirty and the pictures on Booking are really misleading. Made a complaint to the manager and asked for a discount, only answer i got was, we are always fully booked....

Pros: This hotel is outside the Figgie centre, but you can walk to the Fiuggi Baths, a renowned spa centre, in 15 minutes. It features its own large swimming pool that attracts families with kids. The receptionist was very friendly and showed us two available room types. We choose a room on the renovated 1st and 2nd floor. It was simple room, quite small with just 20 cm on each side of the bed. The TV was too small for me to see everything clearly from the bed, the only place possible to watch. Simple bathroom with a missing tablet for soap or shampoo in the shower. The breakfast was served in a large room in the souterrain, offering a good choice of sweet and salty items. Waiters are on hand to bring you espresso or cappuccino from the bar. Ample parking space behind the hotel, free of charge. With the booking.com Genius discount it was good value for money.

Cons: We came there for relaxing but unfortunately the spa isn’t so comfortable because of the other guests were very rude and they didn’t respect the spa rules. The temperature of the spa and the water wasn’t so hot so it has been a little bit difficult to relax

Cons: We had NO shower in our bathroom, just a bath in the corner of the bedroom. The breakfast was poor, because there was nothing fresh. I counted 7 cakes (obviously because these could be served over many days), some old sausages and the scrambled eggs were displayed on a plate, cold and not covered. There was NO OPTION for freshly cooked eggs. It appeared there was no-one in the kitchen. We were welcomed pleasantly, but after this the waitress disappeared, probably doing some other job.
