Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, describing it as ideal for exploring the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality, with several guests highlighting individual team members for exceptional service. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with many appreciating its variety and quality. Cleanliness was also noted positively by multiple reviewers.
