Cons (-) The host forgot to equip our place with a toilet paper, but brought it an hour later after we called her. The lady we dealt with does not understand the difference between the invoice and receipt. We paid by cash and requested a receipt, but she e-mailed us an invoice instead. When I sent her an e-mail respectfully requesting a receipt (confirmation that we paid for that place), she ignored us.
