Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transport. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with some noting thoughtful gestures like snack bags on departure. Comfortable beds were mentioned positively in several reviews. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests finding rooms and furnishings dated or not thoroughly cleaned. Noise from the street or thin walls was also a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for some guests.
