Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transport. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, noise levels, and the small size of the rooms. Service is often described as unhelpful or lacking, and issues with check-in procedures and amenities are noted. While the value for money and location are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, soundproofing, and customer service are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
