Pros (+) La ubicación del hotel es genial, muy tranquilo, en frente de un canal muy bonito. La atención del staff fue muy buena y la vista desde el cuarto fue genial. Si piden desayuno, deben avisar el día antes, pero vale la pena, muy rico y completo
Cons (-) Hay que subir muchas escaleras, no es fácil! pues es un hotel en una casa tradicional de Amsterdam que no tiene ascensor y los pisos son bastante altos. Tampoco me gustó el baño, es extremadamente pequeño, una persona que tenga unos kilos de más, no lo logra!

Pros (+) Let us check in a bit early, gave us a bigger room at same rate, very easy to store luggage after checkout, front desk staff very helpful
Cons (-) Small shelf remained when we pushed twin beds together to make bigger bed, but OK.
