The room was very light, clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were of a high quality. The hotel is located in a quiet are about 20mins by tram and walk from central station
Wifi was not free in the rooms. You had to either pay €7.95 (standard access) /€14.95 (premium access) per day or join the Hilton Honors Program (but then wait 2-3 hours after registration to use it). This was disappointing considering how much the room was per night. Wifi was only free if you sat in the lobby Breakfast wasnt included which was disappointing but there are some lovely cafes 5 mins walk from the hotel.
Comfortable beds and nice view Had to change from first room which was bigger but view bad as bathroom door got stuck . Staff were helpful
The Porter Nade was very nice. All praise.
No access to the bar from the patio overlooking the canal at the back.
