The room was very comfortable and the people were friendly and helpful. It was very quite and the price was fair. The public transportation was 2 min by foot.
Unfortunately, the window in the bathroom had no curtains nor was it blurred glas. Also the bathtub did not have any shower curtains either.
The staff was responsive, addressed my needs very fast. The breakfast was very good, the breakfast area is beautiful, well decorated, with flowers on the table and was not crowded, service was excellent. The room was clean, and had everything what I needed in the room, including personal iron, tea and coffee, also water.
I was staying in January, and it was little bit cold in the room when I arrived. When I was trying to set up the air conditioner for the heating mode, it was not working. The air was going from the fan, but still cold air. It took several hours until it started to give the warm air. I would wish to have a gym in the hotel, at least small one.
Charming hotel with eye for details, nearby city centre but not in the noise and kindest staff.
Quiet and nice location. Friendly staff. Old house with character but small room with no comfortable chair.
When I arrived there was extensive repair work going on in the next door room. Making noise and loud talking by repairmen/staff in the hallway right in front of my door. They left construction debris in the hallway and staircase and only started cleanup late in the evening, Making additional noise way too late in the day. No explanation or excuses made. I am really disappointed.
The decoration and furnishing of the hotel. The location. The cosy atmosphere.
Thin walls, very expensive breakfast.
