I read the reviews after booking our stay, and they were very deceiving. The place was great, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was about a half hour walk to the museums and about an hour to the red light district. Would book again.
I liked the bar of the property, it was fairly cheap and the bed was absolutely amazing. Super comfy and large. English channels somewhere on the TV which was a bonus.
The shower room was a wet room, the full floor flooded every time you put it on and the water temperature was constantly changing to freezing to scolding!! There’s no kettle facility in the rooms which was frustrating from the price we paid & the location was scary. Only a 10 minute walk to the tram however the road there is bizarre and not one I would walk alone.
Close to tram stop. 20 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Reasonably priced. Comfortable
One of our rooms had no outside window, so impossible to know what it was like outside without going downstairs!
Cleaning every day, good breakfast, nice helpful stuff, good location on the tram 2 or 50/51 train lines.
We were left alone and did not get hounded to use the facilities. The food in your restaurant was amazing and portions were ample. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Hopefully we will be back next year!!
There was no iron for clothes.
