Cons (-) I understand the location near the airport but slightly far from the Temple. Although they do provide a shuttle service.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpfulness and professionalism of staff members, and the convenient location near the airport and main roads. However, several reviews highlighted issues with slow or inconsistent service, room maintenance, and some facilities not meeting five-star expectations. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere, others were disappointed by service delays, room conditions, and additional charges for basic items. Overall, the positives included clean rooms, courteous staff, and a practical location, but there is room for improvement in service consistency and maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews
