Good value for money. Nothing fancy, a bit old and very basic.
The staff is really nice! They always did their best to help us. The hotel is very ggod located if you need to use de Jett Bus station (5-10 min walking) and really near to the main mosquee of Amman. The center is 30min walking.
The swimming pool close at 4pm, that it is really early if ypu are visiting Amman or making some tour to Jerash or another point of interest. Also there was people enjoying in the pool but we were denied to access to it, some extrange. The hotel is a little bit old-fashion and the bathroom need maintenance...
Wine shop in front of hotel. Wifi and tv worked properly. Hot water.
No transfer from airport (but it was mentioned in booking.com). When I asked for late check-out, price for 3 hours delay was bigger than for all night :). Taxi ordered from hotel cost more, than getting it elsewhere.
Location and balcony with the view were the best things about this property. The staff were polite also. This property is not fancy or particularly comfortable to relax in. It is ideal to be used as a base if you are there to explore Amman as it is within walking distance to the old town and sites along with restaurants and cafes. The balcony looks out over the city and has great views.
The room was very dated and throughout our stay we realised it was unclean. We arrived in the evening to find a used tissue on the floor, not ideal but thought nothing of it. On our return after dinner we then found what looked like shards of glass or plastic on a chair on the balcony. The next morning we woke to notice the desktop was dusty and after becoming agitated I checked and the the carpet right round the outside was extremely dusty also. Again after further inspection, there was a broken plug socket to the left of the bed behind the unit and on the last morning when sitting out on the balcony the light caught my eye to notice behind the desk there were stains on the wall. The WIFI was terrible- we used our 3G to get internet as it continuously cut out with no signal. All little occurrences over the 2 days but upon reflection If felt like the room had been changed over sheets etc only after the last person left and not touched or checked again before we arrived. Due to this we felt we really overpaid. On our trip we have and continue to stay in hotels that were cheaper, cleaner and more comfortable. Had the room been clean and cheaper we would have been less likely to write regarding our issues.
Large bed, large room, comfortableness, Staff great very helpful..
