Guests do not practice and staff do not acknowledge social distancing. Carpet very dirty rooms noisy and facility worn.
When I walked in I immediately noticed the man at the checkin desk WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. You are a business please protect us on your end. At checkout, the next day, the young lady WAS wearing a mask.
Because of the Covid-19 breakfast was unsatisfactory
We ended up not staying.
Christina the front desk clerk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was a mix up with my debit card and when I realized it I called the property to get it corrected. She informed that my reservation had been cancelled for declined debit card I asked if I could make a new reservation with the correct card and she had the audacity to ask “ are you sure THIS card will work?” My husband then called and she lied to my husband telling him she never said that to me and that her manager was standing right beside her during our conversation. When she finally put her manager on he informed us that he had NOT been standing next her and had no idea that she had been that rude and condescending. Neither Christina or the manager apologized for her unprofessional behavior and we chose to keep our reservation cancelled. We chose this Days Inn again because of the excellent service we had received in the past. We will NEVER stay here again and I’m not even sure we’ll stay at ANY Days Inn in the future if this is how they treat their customers.
The maid tried to enter while I was still asleep and didn't return and I was only there for two days so I never had maid service or room service, however, the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and great and I would definitely stay again.
Maid service after I left at 12 noon would have been great just to make the bed
