Pros (+) The location can not be beat! You are literally one block up from the waterfront and directly behind the duomo. You can get anywhere either by foot, bus, or ferry! Cons (-) A little noisy being such a small venue but not street noise just hotel noise. No real toiletries to speak of so pack what you need.
