Pros (+) Overall despite the staff being inconsistent and disorganized they were very friendly. They were great with my service animal.
Cons (-) My experience was rough all around. Check in took forever, I was the guest of the day at check in which scored me some free snacks. When I got to my room I found it dirty. The walls, floors and furniture were all stained. No mini bar, or bar on grounds at all which made it difficult to entertain.
