We did not use. It was cancelled. Did not like that we needed to keep the car longer because they won't allow after hours drop off. So we did not rent from them.5,2 Fair

Way to high a premium to pay to leave a car here. It’s not that far from major areas to pay such a high premium. Drop off area was not well marked. No one around and soon box area didn’t seem safe.2,0 Poor

Returning at the Johnstown airport was another laugh, but without hassle at least. A key drop and no worker on duty at 2pm on a Friday. Luckily I wasn't in need of any help...I believe I parked the car in the proper area...1,9 Poor
