Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which was close to event venues, shopping, and dining. Some guests also mentioned friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the front desk. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as unpleasant odors and pest problems. While a few guests found the price reasonable and enjoyed amenities like a clean fridge or comfortable bed, the overall impression was marred by maintenance and hygiene concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Advertised breakfast. Was just granola bars and oatmeal.
Pros (+) The staff was helpful, and constantly asking how your stay was going. Room was clean, and updated. The down side to having a kitchen, is that you had to go to the front desk to get utensils, cooking pots and pans, and plates or bowls. Should consider having a small inventory in the room as well as a coffee pot. Overall very comfortable, and clean.
