Pros (+) The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and luxurious. The hotel overall was quiet and peaceful, the service provided by staff was prompt, professional and friendly, the food superb and the whole ambience pleasant and tranquil. Cons (-) The foldaway z-bed provided for my ten year old daughter was old, broken and so uncomfortable as to be impossible for anyone to sleep on. In the end I took the mattress off and slept on the floor and my daughter slept in the four-poster bed with my husband otherwise she would have had no sleep at all. Considering the cost of this foldaway bed is £25 per night it should really be of better quality.
