Cons (-) Rude receptionist and maid, always talk loud in the hallway and refuse every reasonable request such as print out the receipt or get some hot water

Cons (-) Only complaint was the breakfast. Not enough seating. Ran out of food and long line to make waffles. The person working the buffet seemed overwhelmed.
