Very friendly and helpful welcome. Felt very special to be in historic centre very close to all the Roman sites. View from flat of Roman Theatre is awesome (literally) - especially lit up at night. Flat was very comfortable and clean.
NB for the less fit: apartment is on 2nd floor and no lift and parking was about 5 - 10 mins away (though I guess you could stop briefly at apartment to unload luggage - if you are good at driving through the narrow streets of the old town.) We preferred to unpack what we needed for our stay and walk from car park. Well worth it for being in the heart of the old town!
