Pros: Great location

Cons: Not amazing. A bit old and outdated. Would never said is a 5* Hotel. But the main complain is about staff. My friend had a flight at 9am. At 7am she goes to the reception to ask for a Taxi. The man working there informs her “there are no taxis in the middle of the night” and that he will give her a number but won’t call himself “because it’s too early in the morning” .. please explain to me how this makes any sense and is not appropriate for a supposedly good hotel. The lady at the check in was really nice but the general impression was in the end rather bad.

Pros: Such a nice hotel, excelent situated on the great lungomare path, the old town and just 3 km from the airport.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved in matter of quality. Like cofee or omleta.

Pros: Everything. Very beautiful rooms. Excellent view from 9th floor (breakfast / dinner) and from room. Excellent situation. New Year's Eve dinner excellent and copious

Pros: A big and clean room, wide space everywhere. Great view from the balcony. Great staffs hospitality.

Cons: If there is a bath tab in a bigger bath room with string shower, that will be the best.

Pros: Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. I loved the view of the port and old town from the Sky Bar.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like except the glass partitions up in the Sky Bar needed a good clean.

Pros: VG view from room, spacious room by European standards, friendly staff, excellent location, convenient for airport, fairly quiet.

Cons: Breakfast was poor, not a great choice, fruit juice was awful like a cheap syrupy squash, the scrambled egg was also pretty poor.

Pros: A great location, just a few steps from the Old Town. Worth booking a sea view room - the view is breathtaking.

Pros: Quality of the food at breakfast was good and the pool and bar service was great. Reception and bar staff were helpful and attentive and maid service was good. Great view over the sea from our room.

Cons: Lack of hotel information in room - the hotel didn’t market its facilities! Although breakfast was good quality the food was the same everyday. The dining room staff at breakfast did not engage and rarely even said good morning.

Pros: Staff was super nice and location great.

Pros: Very good location (almost on the beach, 20 minutes to old town), very nice pool and jacuzzi. Good quality, which is worth the money. Really good bar with friendly staff. Generally really good hotel, I could recommend it

Cons: 1 Specific smell after turning on air-conditioner (I preferred to open windows on the night) 2 It was not so easy to find place to park my car

Pros: Location was excellent. The staff were very helpful especially where meals were concerned as my wife suffers from asthma and chronic allergies. Facilities were outstanding. Staff very friendly and assisted with whatever extras were required.

Cons: There was dusty AirCondition or mattress, something was causing quite strong allergic reactions.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and nice, even though a bit outdated (we chose for the cheaper non renovated ones). It's just a short stroll to the beach.

Cons: The walls are quite thin, so you can hear the neighbours. The bathroom was not so comfortable, strange / small bath. But all in all great value for money.

Cons: I had to hear our neighbours through the walls and you can clearly hear people buying drinks from a vending machine in the hallway, which is very annoying especially at night when you want to sleep. Probably the walls are too thin...what is really pitty because besides it everything was top.

Cons: the advertisement/description of the studio is misleading if not scammy in the sense that they advertise a fully equipped apartment but the kitchen is locked behind bars and costs 25€ to unlock. this isn't really transparent or clear on booking on a side note, the whole beach right in front of the hotel (LIDO??) stinks like rotten eggs; Maria Pia in the direction of Fertilia was fine.

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds, great food, great pool just a short stroll from a beautiful beach

Cons: No kettle in kitchen, cooker needs upgrading. No lighting on stairwell of apartments at night which proved difficult when using the stairs.

Pros: Clean, efficient, reasonably priced, modern 4 star hotel. Within 100 metres of the excellent Lido beach. 20 minutes walk to Alghero old town. 5 minutes to ARST bus & train station. Trains not running to Sassari at the moment, substitute bus service. Local bus to town very infrequent by late October.

Cons: Would be very concerned if we had small children or elderly infirm with us, as the railings of the balcony are lower than they should be for safety. Also, anybody who had too much to drink would be liable to fall.

Pros: We booked a one bedroom apartment for what seemed a good price based on pictures and reviews, to stay for a few nights. The hotel is conveniently located for anything Alghero, near the main coastal strip and we had a room with a balcony and a (partial) sea view. I should emphasize good customers service at the hotel reception and daily room service (but only to take your rubbish out).

Cons: The apartment was actually in a separate building than the hotel itself, and looked a lot more neglected. The rooms, the kitchenette and the bathroom especially were not the cleanest and in need of update, so don’t expect a 4-star facility. I guess we got what we paid for (if that).

Pros: Well located hotel. Clean and tidy.

Cons: The Staff were mixed - cleaning staff lovely but front of house/bar staff a bit indifferent - not rude but not overly helpful either. Sunbeds basic/uncomfortable. Breakfast ok. The hotel wasn't extortionately priced, but expensive enough for what it was - fairly basic. We were lucky to get a room with refurbished bathroom but I would not have been happy to have paid the price we did for one of the rooms with older bathroom.

Pros: Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Beach nearby is nice and has many restaurants to choose from nearby.

Cons: Hotel rooms were old and location was a little out of the way from the main historical centre. Taxi is required to get there. Appartment we stayed in was ok however I would recommend to stay in the main hotel.

Cons: It hasn’t got any place to breakfast so you must eat in a small table in your room, not so confortable.

Pros: The place was clean and convenient. We could park the car in front of the B&B (street parking for free). The walls are quite thin and you can hear the other guests, especially when they have the TV too high.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit poor. The bread could have been better, especially taking into account that there is a bread shop right next to the building. Also all the sweets and bakeries were packed in plastic, nothing was home made. I guess for the price we paid (quite cheap) I shouldn't expect more.

Cons: We have to take the breakfast in the room. The house dont have a place to take it! Its self service and then you have to eat in the room..in a small table in front of the wc...

Pros: Very good location, 12 min walking distance to the city centre. The room was nice, newly furnished and clean. The terrace was an extra value added Breakfast was ok.

Cons: During breakfast time (6am-11am) it was very noisy and almost impossible to sleep because breakfast takes place just outside the rooms, in the corridor. The shower leaked, leaving the bathroom completely wet.

Cons: Parking is on road - very hard to park. A bit noisy from the road.
