Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and, in several cases, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and outdated furniture. Service was also frequently criticized, with complaints about unprofessional staff, poor housekeeping, and slow responses to requests. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it acceptable and others noting limited variety. Overall, while the location stands out as a strong positive, the hotel faces challenges in cleanliness and service quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
