Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to shops, the airport, and local attractions. The service is frequently described as friendly and accommodating, with staff receiving particular praise for their professionalism and helpfulness. Many guests also mention the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, some reviews note issues with breakfast variety and staff attitude during breakfast, as well as occasional problems with room amenities such as heating and noise insulation. Overall, the positives significantly outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for both leisure and business travelers.AI-generated from customer reviews
