Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, but report significant issues with cleanliness and service. Many reviews mention poor hygiene, dirty facilities, and unhelpful or even aggressive staff. Several guests felt unsafe or unwelcome, and there are repeated complaints about maintenance, long waits for elevators, and overcrowded amenities. While a few positive experiences exist, the overwhelming sentiment is negative regarding cleanliness and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
