Cons (-) Charged for a deposit that should have been refunded. I am in the process of disputing an extra $150 charge with my credit card company. Hotel keeps saying the charge should have been refunded but has never actually refunded the charge. This seems to be a pattern of paying for rooms/cars through kayak.
