Pros (+) The lady who checked us is was super nice and very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Facilities are old, and lack of maintenance shows. Marijuana smokers stunk up the hallway. Lack of counter space makes sharing a sink tricky. We won't be back.

Pros (+) Nothing, checked in and saw the room. Walked out. Put us in smoking section which was not requested, but nothing else was available. Room was dingy, dirty, holes in walls. Not fit for a dog. We walked out even though we didn't have a room elsewhere. We did find a room, but I would have slept in my car instead of staying at this Days Inn.

Cons (-) The first room had someone else's left overs still in the fridge and the toilet was covered with pee. Disgusting!!!

Pros (+) I loved the fact that everything was nice an comfy. I really liked that it was very close to the Mexican restaurants. I loved the entire stay here. I will stay here again when i go through Alamosa.
Cons (-) It was hard to find but not that bad once you call the front desk for directions.

Pros (+) Well located for people visiting the Great Sand Dunes. The place was clean and moderately priced.
Cons (-) When we entered the room, the window to the parking lot was wide open. It was on a first floor, so it seemed like a security concern. The breakfast is a joke. Their "omelettes" come pre-cooked and pre-packaged in individual plastic bags, sitting in a small fridge on the side. They looked pretty bad

Cons (-) last guests coffee grinds and residue left in the pot breakfast was a joke stains on the carpet in the room non-smoking room smelled slightly like smoke
