Pros: Staff very friendly. Drop off was easy. Loved no hassle.
Cons: I had to wait for a while to get the car. They said there was a shortage? The car was dirty on outside and very scratched all over. I really didn’t mind that part so much, but I was concerned that I may be charged for them at Drop off. But all went well!!!!

Cons: I was not informed that I couldn’t use my debit card if picking up from an airport without having a airline itinerary. I drove 6 hours from California to get to Redmond with 2 kids so my husband could use the rental to get to Spokane from there. I was literally stuck without options.
