Mixed bagPros:Vehicle dropoff was fast and efficientCons:The agency was completely backed up when I went to pickup my rental. Managers didn't show up or return calls, not enough staff to help all the customers, car delivery was very long. My wait time was over 1 hour from arrival to getting into rental.Reviewed Dec 11 2017

Pros:Decent pretty new car. Fuel-efficient. At first I wasn't a fan of only being given the valet key to the car, however given the number of times that key went snorkeling with us (which would not have been possible with the fob), that became a bonus.Cons:Pick up and drop off on Saturdays is kind of a mad house. This is not specific to Alamo. This is due to lack of space shared by all the on-airport car rental agencies.Reviewed Feb 23 2017

Great experience with Alamo at GCMPros:Friendly staff who were very prompt and professional in helping when I had a dead battery. They sent roadside assistance and had a vehicle ready to swap out almost immediately, with minimal interruption to our trip.Cons:My first car was a bit beat up, with 55,000 km on the odometer and a jittery transmission, plus a battery that died for no reason a few days in.Reviewed Sep 1 2016

Great Value, Friendly ServicePros:The folks here at Alamo/National Car Rental are by far the friendliest I've ever experienced at a car rental agency. They were so kind and it started our vacation on a positive vibe. The car was excellent and easy to drive. Highly recommend!Cons:If I had to complain about anything, it was the walk from the terminal to the rental place, but that has nothing to do with the fine folks at Alamo.Reviewed Nov 26 2016
