10,0 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool. Breakfast. Location. In short: s wonderful hotel with a stunning view on the camera. A steep walk down to a (more or less) private beach. A nice swimming pool closer to "home". Highly recommended.
Cons: The bathroom is quite small in size.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira. Our room had great views and the hosts were so lovely (they have a cute cat called Tibo who is awesome!). Great variety of food offered for breakfast. The pool is a bit far from the hotel so be prepared for a trek, but that also means it’s quite private and quiet. Upon our check our we were gifted a little bracelet which was a very sweet touch! Would definitely stay again!
Cons: Whilst I love that it’s away from the busy cities, it does mean you probably need to hire a car or atv to get around.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The view and the room and their service
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Almost no turists, town has 2 awsome restaurants on the town nearby (better use a car). Very clean, perfect view! Simple breakfast with nice staff!
Cons: Nothing!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: the view is absolutely breathtaking, absolutely! the staff, very kind and professional. the hotel is greek style we had a nice room, view on the bay, the bed is really comfortable and the room is well equiped, AC worked perfectly the swimming pool is great with astonishing views I recommend this place
Cons: we would have loved to stay longer
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel has amazing caldera view, the breakfast is delicious. You are far away from the craziness of Oia and Thira, really relaxing.
Cons: Need to rent a car, no easy if you just want to walk.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: 1) Location: A true caldera view with your balcony overlooking the sea with no obstacles 2) Atmosphere: Quiet, away from the city crowd of Fira or Oia, Full private stay 3) Cleanliness: Neat and Tidy. For the first time I found my room to be clean twice a day, once when you have gone for breakfast and then again when you come back in the evening 4) Food: Breakfast was awesome with a stunning view of the sea. You can either sit in the open air or within both with the same view 5) Big size swimming pool again with an awesome view If you have no issues with staying in a quiet place where you get your privacy , if you have a vehicle or have rented one, if you do not have problem to walk 10mins to a bus stop which takes you to Fira in 20mins, if you want to get a true caldera view then this is the place you must stay Note: Oia and Fira are too crowded and the houses are built almost on top of each other with public paths over the roof of your rooms.. minimal privacy
Cons: I found nothing bad. One suggestion would be to keep the swimming pool open for swimming even at night
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The hosts are welcoming and very friendly!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We loved EVERYTHING. The owners. They made our stay. Not only are they wonderful human beings, but they understand the service industry. Perfection. The room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail... it definitely celebrates the reason why you stay there....the views. For us, like nothing you've ever seen. You're south, so away from the hustle and bustle of cruise ships and their clientele. As far as we're concerned, the best part of the island. You also have great sunsets south (esp, at the lights house), you don't need to go to Oia. However, to get to Thera and Oia, you can take a bus - a 10 min walk down the rd. We opted to hire a car, best decision, so we could see more of the island in quicker time. There's a good beach close by and plenty of restaurants.

Featured amenities include a computer station, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view, proximity to some of the best beaches and to the bus stop. Not to mention that the hotel is just 50 meters from the archeological site of Akrotiri
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view of the ocean, close to all the beach-side restaurants which are reasonably priced. Right next to Red Beach, where we spent most of our time! I had a job interview while staying here and the staff were very accommodating, allowing me to use the quiet lobby and ensuring I wasn't disturbed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel enjoyed great location -- just 3 minutes to walk to the bus station, where we could take a bus to Fira and then, to Oya and port. It's just 3 minutes' walk to the port where we could take a boat to the Black Beach, Red Beach and White Beach! The room is rather small but good for the price. The breakfast was nice. In the evening, we enjoyed beautiful views of the beach and the starry night. The staff is friendly and helpful, too. I would stay at this hotel again if I travel there.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: location and host great
Cons: bed&sheets basic not comfy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely and quiet and relaxed: it was great to be away from the crowds on the rest of the island and to be by the sea. The owner was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. We had a great stay:
Cons: We would have preferred a sun lounger on our patio but it didn’t really matter
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect if you enjoy quiet relaxation next to the sea. The hotel is simple but very pleasantly decorated with a great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. All rooms look out onto the picturesque but attractive busy bay. There are several good restaurants a few minutes walk along the beach. Akrotiri archaeological site is a few minutes walk. It is also convenient for the local bus to Fira where you can catch a bus to anywhere else on the island.
Cons: All the steps to our room which was on the top floor
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location a little isolated from the rest of Santorini so your own transport is recommended here. Busy in the daytime as it is close to the ancient village, red beach and is the start point for boat trips to other beaches. Night time is quiet but with the excellent choice of restaurants in the area it is a nice place to be. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: Stairs to the rooms may be a challenge for the elderly or disabled. Upon checkout I waited a few seconds for the hotel boss to finish his conversation with his friend/colleague (I don't know which). Who then said in Greek 'you can deal with the fatso now'. I must stress that this was not the hotel owner who said this just a guy who assumed that I could not understand Greek and was rude. It left a bad impression from an otherwise pleasant 2 night stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was plentiful and offered good variety. Items were fresh and well presented. The terrace dining was delightful and the staff professional and discreet.
Cons: The only problem with the hotel is the design using multiple steep steps to get to the rooms which could be a problem for many people since there is no elevator. It obviously adds to the charm of the hotel as well providing a unique Greek island experience.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet place on Santorini. Seafront with nice common space.
Cons: You really need your own transportation to be here—but worth it to be away from the crowds
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel enjoyed great location, next to the bus station, where we could take the local bus to Fira, Oya and the airport. It's just 3 minutes' walk to the port where we could take a boat to the Black Beach, Red Beach and White Beach! Also I swan in the ocean with my dad everyday and spent a lot of time on the beachThe breakfast was so delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed beautiful views of the beach and the starry night. The staff is friendly and helpful, too. I would stay at this hotel again if I travel there again!

Pros: It’s absolutely magical here. From check in to check out. This property is outstanding in every way. Exceeded our expectations by far. Best place to start in Santorini. 20 minutes away from Fira. Absolutely gorgeous. If there was a 10 stars, I would have given it 10 stars.

Pros: Can’t go past that view! Staff were amazing and went through alot of effort to make sure our stay was comfortable.
Cons: The shower was very small and somewhat uncomfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This place feels like home. You know, the home when you were still a child... your parents did everything for you, if you needed advice they gave it to you happily. They made you feel wanted and loved. It is exactly the same here: the team makes you feel like family and fullfills you every wish you might possibly have. Even better: they sometimes know about wishes you were not even aware of... Starting with Corinna the manager (I hardly ever met someone so passionate about being a host!), to Marinela from reception (always helpful, always a smile or a joke, always a solution at hand) to Penny the waitress and her colleagues - and all the others of the team that made our stay so memorable. We can't thank you all enough!!! (A note to those that now think I probably get a bit carried away... I am a pretty frequent traveller, both business and private, and I've had my fair share of luxury hotels. So I know the standards...) Santorini Princess Presidential Suites is a five star hotel and it of course has all you would expect from a place like this: very, modern, clean and spacious villas, private pool and jaccuzzi and - again on the people side - a lot of staff attending just the guests of the four villas. This results in a service you hardly ever encounter outside of some real good places in Asia. The food is not too varied, but very tasty. And there are so many restaurants nearby (since in Santorini everything is somehow 'nearby'...) that you hardly ever have dinner here anyway. And the staff is very helpful in finding you what you want and make the necessary arrangements (if you decide to go to Santorini, by the way, you should definitely not miss an evening in Botargo in Pyrgos, a magic place with great cuisine and again super-staff!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Villa was in an excellent location. Views of the caldera were amazing and we watched the sunset every night. The villa is clean and modern and food was outstanding. Staff are excellent and very extremely helpful.
Cons: There was nothing wrong with the villa ,everything was perfect
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was amazing! The view of the caldera from our villa was incredible, the sunsets were more amazing here than in Oia, and the villa was absolutely perfect! There was nothing missing from our stay, and we would highly recommend staying at the Santorini Princess! True perfection.

Pros: Stunning view. Pool was great. Staff was very nice. Room with Caldera view is a must otherwise rock wall view
Cons: The special dining table with caldera view. You are charged 20€ pp with the hope that it’s going to be special. We were sadly and unexpectedly joined by a photo shoot complete with drone and cigarette smoke while dining. Also, if your not facing the caldera at the table your view is of other guest in their rooms, not a great sight

Pros: Staff, breakfast
Cons: Nothing much
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Upon arriving we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who upgraded our room without request and gave us detailed information on all things Santorini! Our room was a great size, very clean and offered the perfect 10/10 views! Breakfast was lovely and the pool was a great place to relax All the staff were very helpful and accommodating! I really loved this hotel and the calming relaxing vibe that it has! I would return to this hotel given I would stay in the same room to watch the beautiful sunsets and sunrise
Cons: The wifi was incredibly slow and often didn’t work
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was fabulous. We liked the quieter location with fabulous views of the Caldera, volcano and the whole of Santorini. We dined outdoors with a unique view of the Caldera and magical sunset. The rooms were lovely with everything that you could want. All of the beds were very comfortable and the family room did not feel cramped even with 2 teenagers. On arrival the staff helped provide local recommendations on tourist attractions away from Fira and Oia. We visited Akrotiri, the Red Beach and caldera beach. Bus transfers to Fira and onwards to Oia were easy and we appreciated returning to the fabulous hotel at the end of the day. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The lady in charge was very kind and professional. The rooms were situated in a nice cycladic style. Breakfast was well taken care of and it was easy to have a busstop in front of the hotel.
Cons: Only the transfer from the hotel to the port Athinios was not done properly. The taxi company charged us much more than was written on the receipt...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was extremely excellent, so accommodating. John who owns the hotel is super nice and really cool to chat with. 78 years old and made every effort to say hi each time we saw him. His daughter who now runs the business was so nice and made hiring a car and getting us breakfast for early check out a breeze. Close to a few main attractions. Definitely would book there again.
Cons: Was pretty good all round. I would’ve loved a bigger shower, but that’s just me. Not essential by any means
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Adamastos is a lovely hotel, in a more quiet area of the island - excellent staff and Irene was a great host! The bus to Fira stops right in front of the hotel - and we would highly recommend the cheese balls from Porto Bello!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The stay in Adamastos was perfect! You can feel there better than at home because of the amazing atmosphere which creates the host - receptionist who is exceptional, do kind, open - hearted and very helpful. The location is perfect - bus stop in front of the hotel, every taverna or restaurant by waking distance 5-10 minutes. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is also very good. They have all you need and even more. Fully recommend this place for holidays.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Adamastos is a wonderful, economical, and easy-going option for a stay on Santorini (Thira) beyond the bustle and traffic of Fira, Ia, and Imerovigli. There is not a robust view of the caldera or seaside, but the atmosphere in the villaeg of Akrotiri is lovely. Great nearby restaurants and shops, staffed by friendly locals. Along the same line, Adamastos is a family-run hotel (led by the gracious Irini, who was an ever-present leader at the reception desk). The rooms are spotlessly clean (refreshed every day without fail) and appointed with modern, spartan furnishings. Overall, I highly recommend Adamastos in Akrotiri.
Cons: The breakfast is not a typical hotel breakfast one would encounter in Western Europe. The standard pot of coffee is, pardon me, undrinkable. Greek coffee can be made on-demand, however. Assortment of savory and sweet items leaves much to be desired. Stick to the yogurt and honey with fresh fruits and veggies, and have a large meal elsewhere!
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was not good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: What a great place! A lovely family run hotel, probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed it. All staff were friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Great locale with some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The owner even packed us a breakfast due to our early check out! Would highly recommend this establishment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well run family hotel, great breakfast. Irini was very helpful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staffs gave us warm welcome and so much attention to my 2.5 years old daughter. Always with big smiles, greetings, we feel like home. The day we were leaving, the lady chased us out, found us in the taxi and gave my girl a pack of sweet, that definitely made my girl’s day!
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location next to some small restaurants, central to the red and white beach, the lighthouse for some beautiful sunset watching and close to caldera view restaurants.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. 9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, I loved the style of the room, and everything was clean. The staff was very helpful, and kind. The location is great, it's exactly next to the bus stop. Akrotiri is a small village in Santorini, far from the famous village Oia, but prices are much more cheap here, so it's a good idea to book a hotel room here in Akrotiri, and visit other villages of Santorini from here. Local buses goes often, and as Santorini not a big island, so it's really easy to reach other destinations.
Cons: Breakfast was really good, but we didn't like the dinner. Moussaka wasn't so tasty..
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, peace and quiet. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Tasty breakfasts. A nice pool bar and a nice bartender. Great view for both sides of the island.
Cons: The swimming pool was open only until 9pm. After hot days and sightseeing it would be very nice to cool down in the pool. During my stay I was able to swim in the pool only once because it was close early. Unused potential.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great and quiet location, kind owner and staff, all comforts. Recommended
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of staff, swimming pool area, pleasant facilities well designed and maintained in general. Comfortable and pleasant to have breakfast in the swimming pool area, friendly staff, convenient location of the hotel, including parking.
Cons: The bathroom in the room could be improved (shower and sanitaries).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exeptionaly clean an nice hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff providing all information you need. You book hotel get travel agency as a gift! They arrange everything! We rented a car that was delivered to the hotel. Nice various breakfast with home made jam and pastries. My flight was in the evening, but the owner let me stay by the pool all day and use the shower. I would rate 100 but booking only allows 10 :)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and friendly staff! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is beautiful, with typical white and blue colors, a swimming pool and a nice open area where you can eat or just relax. The breakfast is good as well. We found the location very good. If you look for something quiet and friendly, that's the place.
Cons: Everything was really ok. The city is not so far but still 30 minutes. If you have a scooter you could find it a little bit distant if you are not used to it, but it's ok
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was for sure quality. The bed was very comfortable..the most comfortable among the 4 hotels I stayed during this trip. The young lady at breakfast was very welcoming & helped with all questions related to the different breakfast items. The clientele was very respectful, educated & pleasant (unfortunately, unlike another hotel in Fira, where the obnoxiously loud British man forced us to move our breakfast to another room). It was the most expensive of all the 4 hotels, but this difference in price was reflected in the upscale environment. I so enjoyed the stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: Situated close to the village centre and bus stop right outside of hotel. The staff were helpful in giving tips on where to go and what to do. Beautiful views of the caldera. Area is quiet and hotel has nice swimming pool.
Cons: The shower is not pleasant because of the shower curtain and water messing. Although the rooms all have air cons, some ventilation in terms of windows would be great for those who cannot sleep with air cons on.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet hotel. The pool area was pleasant. Within walking distance from Caldera beach, a small beach with a great view of the caldera. We went there two days in the morning in late July and were about 20 people in the beach. Something you do not expect in the bustling Santorini. Very pleasant waiter in the bar-restaurant. I spent 3 days with the family and liked it very much.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Swimming pool.

Pros: The view and the view from the hot tub were the best ever! It was very close to Akritiri so we could walk to a location for dinner despite the fact that we were several miles from Fira and Oia. There's also a mini market just across the street. I also enjoyed that they brought breakfast to our room every morning. Lastly, there was a beach below the property which allowed for easy access.
Cons: The furniture was uncomfortable. We had ants in the room and we called to complained and they came and sprayed for them. Otherwise, except for the receptionist, everyone was nice and accommodating. I felt like the lady at the front desk was a bit cold and not very customer centered. Lastly, the WiFi was completely unreliable.

Pros: The pool was very nice and the staff allowed us to use it several hours before checking in as well as several hours after checking out.
Cons: Toilet didn't flush very well and the bathroom was rather cramped. Location had good views of the caldera but was about 25 minutes from the nearest village and bus stop so rented transport is certainly recommended for getting around the island. Breakfast could have been more extensive.

Pros: Hotel Mathios is a good location to stay. The staff is great, Costantino - the owner - and Maria - his assistant - were friendly and helpful to take the right decision about rent a car/quad/scooter, excursions and places to enjoy Santorini as well. The Hotel is located in a strategic zone, 10 minutes far from Perissa and Perivlos, 15 minutes from Thira (nightlife), 30 minutes from OIA (the best sunset in Santorini as people say - i suggest Imerovigli's). Further you can enjoy a swimming pool furnished with a bar/restaurant. Many thanks and hope to see you again
Cons: Of course Breakfast has to be improved: more croissants and patisserie would help.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing, they're all so keen to help and take care of their guests. The rooms are very good, nice and spatious. Mr. Kostas, the hotel owner, gave us great recommendations for our stay in Santorini, and help us a lot when our plans changed due to bad weather. Overall an excellent experience, and we will surely come back.

Cons: None
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The pool area is very nice, sun beds are comfortable and the swimming pool area is sheltered from the busy street. Our balcony was facing the pool, lucky we. Breakfast was good, you can eat inside and outside. Coffee in the breakfast time was not good but if you buy coffee from the bar during the day you get proper espresso(3€). The food on the hotel restaurant was very good, they have a good deal called menu of the day. Waiters in breakfast and restaurant are very friendly.

Cons: The manager ( Kostas ) is so dishonest !! He lied about the taxi prices and manipulated me into renting a car ( 150 euro for 2 days) I just checked the prices and found out that he lied to make us rent a car. He is very rude !! This person is very nice when he is trying to rip you off and as soon you notice he is a liar, then he becomes so rude !! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!! Beds are not comfortable, there were mosquitoes in my room, the bed sheets were dirty, and dinner was absolutely horrible!!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Pool area was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful and there were 3 local tavernas which were all different and served excellent food!
Cons: Shower wasn’t the best and inadequate.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place to relax and chill out. Great pool, quiet rooms, relaxing time sitting on our terrace with a bottle of wine, looking out over the surrounding area. Easy walk to both Caldera Beach and Red Beach. A selection of great places to eat and drink in the village, plus a well-stocked general store for picnic supplies.
Cons: Would be great if you could make the restaurant area all completely non-smoking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked very much pool area
Cons: The breakfast was a little bit poor
6,7 Good
Pros: We found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The property was very clean, well kept and served a wonderful breakfast. We rented a car to get back and forth to the other villages and we liked the quiet, quaint location of the hotel. The new restaurant across the street was fantastic.
Cons: The only negative issue we encountered was the mattresses. They were exceptionally poor quality and about as thick as a postage stamp. Had we been staying in Santorini longer we probably have changed hotels just to save ourselves from an aching back. Hopefully management will see this review and make some changes to their family room accommodations. The mattresses currently provided are worthy of a camp style bunk room at best.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool clean and no over chlorinated, room windows sea and country side view, staff so friendly and welcome
Cons: N/a
7,5 Good
Pros: the swimming pool the cleaniless
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast area was lovely. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was gorgeous. The location was pretty.
Cons: I found the bed sheets and pillow cases not to be fresh or a clean as I would have liked them. I was only able to have a warm shower one of 4 nights which I stayed there. The snack menu was limited and quite expensive and the quality of the food didn’t match the price.
