The attityde of all persons at the reception was unacceptable. There was no light in the ceilnglamp, no soap at the shower, and the soapbag was thrown in the cupboard, while the holder was missing. We told the receiptionist about it, and she did not believe, and asked if I want to go with her to look at a broken lamp and missing soap WITH HER.. THe hotel was almost empty and the staff did not have any interest to help us with the parking either.

Very good location, in a historical city district, nice neighbourhood for a walk and sightseeing. The room itself well equiped, comfortable bed, we had a studio with kitchen facilities so we could prepare some meals by ourselves.
