Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. However, many reviewers express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or absent staff and poor reception experiences. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms and bathrooms. Parking is problematic, with limited or misleading options. Noise levels are also an issue for some, particularly due to poor soundproofing or street noise. Overall, while the location is a highlight, service, cleanliness, and amenities need improvement.
