Overview Reviews
Few places better capture the pristine beauty and sense of timelessness on Mykonos than Myconian Kyma. Perched atop a hill with glorious views of the Aegean Sea, the 47-room, 29-suite property is a luxurious and secluded retreat, yet a short stroll from the heart of the island and the thriving nightlife of Mykonos Town. Here, one awakens to a light-flooded Champagne breakfast with stunning views of the sea, lavish culinary feasts consisting of only the freshest ingredients from local producers, a Satori Thalasso spa with five pools and assorted treatment rooms, and personalized insider assistance to the island’s many treasures. Taken as whole, Myconian Kyma is a world of sublime experiences, lush gardens, panoramic views, private terraces, and an art-filled environment awash in marble, wood, glass, and natural materials—a truly sophisticated yet family-friendly property.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the serving staff were great. So attentive. And the location, great, a quick walk to the centre of the town, but far enough away that you were not in the thick of it.
Cons: No much could have been better. Overall, the experience exceeded what I was expecting.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel looks way better in reality than in the pictures online. The three hotels in one complex mean you gain access to three pool resort areas which is a great bonus. The staff couldn’t be more genuinely helpful and friendly. The service was the best part of our hotel experience
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property was very luxurious and staff was accommodating
Cons: There was no privacy in the room. There were 3 of us And no privacy in the bathroom area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got the private pool which was just amazing, the view was incredible, perfect for our honeymoon! The staff were so warm and welcoming, they treated us like family. The blue team especially Athina welcomed us so kindly and assisted us with ease in every request. The beds were incredible too, got great sleep! Overall an excellent experience, I would stay here over and over again!
Cons: our private pool wasn’t heated so we barely went in, luckily the breeze was so nice we didn’t feel the urge to go in the water that much. Heating the pools would make it more comfortable.

Pros: Amazing staff!! Amazing hotel! I’ll be back next year!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everthing
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I originally chose Myconian Kyma hotel because it is one of the few hotels in Mykonos that hosts kids as I was traveling with my wife and my little daughter. I was under the impression that taking my kid to this party island is going to be a mistake but Myconian Kyma proved that I made the very right decision. The place is unbelievably beautiful and the rooms are very well equipped with what makes a superb stay. The staff is absolutely hospitable and extremely friendly. Everyone was serving with pleasure and a big smile on face. We were welcomed with a nice chocolate box and delicious fruit salad that was not expected. I really enjoyed staying there and if I come back to this island, with or without kids, I will absolutely choose Myconian Kyma hotel. 5+ starts :
Cons: Nothing at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoy the pool, Breakfast was really good as well. From yogurt to cold cuts. My room had a really nice view. Sisha at the pool was a bonus
Cons: Room did not have space / closet
5,8 Okay
Pros: The location was great and the staff were generally helpful. However, for the amount of money we paid one would expect much more
Cons: The fact that they charged for things like coffee in the room and were at times argumentative over silly things

Pros: Beautiful property and amazing service. Pool area was lovely and our room was stylish and modern. Our balcony view was spectacular. The free breakfast was excellent. The communication was a 10 starting with the pick up at the ferry and the nightly transfer to dinner. The property is in a quiet part of the island so it feels secluded but Mykonos Town is only 10 min away. The popular beaches are a bit of a drive so a car or taxi/driver is necessary.

2,9 Mediocre
Pros: I will never stay in this hotel again not will I recommend it to anyone I know. One member of the reception team needs to be taught the concept of the customer comes first . Her attitude and delivery of information is unacceptable. When a quest has a problem then it’s the hotels responsibility to find a solution , it is unacceptable to lie to the quest and tell them the hotel is fully booked when the quest can go onto any booking site and find rooms available.
Cons: I had problem with the location of the room and did not sleep the 3 nights I stayed there . I was given a solution with a room change and then the solution was taken away and I was told I only had this option if I was at the hotel at a certain time . I stayed in my original room and did not sleep for 3 nights . One female member of the reception team needs to be completely retrained to not lie to customers and understand how valuable customers are !!!!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located within 10 minutes from Mykonos Town where you can visit the windmills, shop, and get something great to eat. The property itself is absolutely beautiful - even better in person than the pictures! We arrived here after a disappointing trip from another part of Greece, and the Mykonos Bay staff immediately turned our moods around. They were so warm and welcoming and we were greeted with smiles and a complimentary drink. The receptionist was super helpful explaining the amenities, how to get around, and the best places to find bars, shopping etc. We were staying in the Annex building and were pleasantly surprised that we had access to an infinity pool in addition to walking down to the main property where there is another pool shown in the images on their website, and beach access (3 minute walk maybe). The staff brought all of our luggage to our rooms upon arrival, and brought all of them out during check out. Whenever we asked to be dropped off closer to town, we waited less than 1 minute...very attentive. The food we had was delicious and we were very impressed with the extensive breakfast buffet. I found everyone here to be pleasant (saying good morning to you at breakfast - it seems like a small gesture but touches like these really make a difference!) We enjoyed beautiful sunset views, room service 2x daily, etc. I could keep going but we’d definitely love to visit again, and I’d highly recommend staying here!
Cons: The property itself is absolutely stunning, but we found the location to be a bit windy. That said, Mykonos is considered to be the island of the wind so the property is not at fault..just something to keep in mind, you’ll most likely not take advantage of their private beach like we were hoping to do. The hotel is on the more expensive side but if you’re looking to be treated like you’re staying at a 5 star hotel, this property is more than reasonable especially compared to alternatives on the island. *Also keep in mind that they charge you prior to your arrival (I have never run into this before but read another commenter had this happen as well) so be sure to book your stay on a card you’re looking to use during your vacation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible service, beach, pool and rooms. Amazing location that gives you a relaxing beach feel but only a 10 min walk into town. Close to Joanna Nikos Place which is amazing for dinner. Loved it!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel just a 5 minutes walk to downtown Mykonos, so very very quiet. Exceptional staff, delicious fresh breakfast, immaculate pool area - you are pampered all day without feeling any intrusion. All the staff takes great care of your needs. We visited other islands and came back one last night before flying home and they upgraded us to a beautiful beachfront suite. Transfers to/from port and airport anytime you ask for. We hope to visit again in the future.
Cons: Bathrooms don't have towel hangers so if you want to reuse, there is no place for them to dry. Luggage racks would be useful so you don't leave bags on the floor.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is very close to the town. The private beach is a plus. Although the beach is on the windy side of the island, but you can enjoy the beautiful sunset without the crowds of the town. The swimming pool is wonderful overlooking the beach. The breakfast was nice. Room service is good. The hotel also provide free transportation to the town and the airport also the port. Which is a plus.
Cons: The price is very high, but this is all around mykonos.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was wonderful. It felt like a family run hotel whose priority was making your stay the most valuable it could be. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi every morning. The breakfast spread was superb. In addition, the pool area was stunning. And all of this was only a five minute walk from downtown! I highly recommend this hotel!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is good, and view is good too
Cons: Transfer to town and need to call for pick up , for international traveler doesn’t have phone to call hotel and a little problem.

Cons: THERE WAS NOTHING WE DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
9,6 Excellent

Pros: Family with 3 kids under 7. We had the most amazing stay. The staff we so friendly, kind, welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, breakfast was delicious and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here. One of the best places I’ve stayed at.

Pros: It was a lovely hotel, with the beach and Mykonos backdrop. Very accessible to the rest of the island and easy to get into the town etc. All the staff were very helpful.

When you stay at Maki's Place in Mykonos, you'll be connected to a shopping center, within a 10-minute walk of Mykonos New Port and Agios Stefanos Beach. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request), and a ferry terminal shuttle is also provided at no charge.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the staff and attention to detail! We were welcomed with open arms, fast and easy. They have an amazing shuttle that picks you up and even though our ferry was late they kept an eye out for arrival time and it was no issue getting picked up. Everyone was so friendly. The pool and restaurant were kept so tidy and neat. Loved loved loved every minute of my stay.
Cons: It is typical in Greece we find that the room sometimes smells like plumbing. That would be my worst complaint.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We booked and got lucky finding this gem. Rooms were great since we weren't really there exploring the island. It has a great and convenient restaurant with another one up the block. It portrays everything you would imagine the islands should have in a villa. It has parking and shuttle to the airport.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It’s perfectly close to the new port where we took the Ferri to Santorini. The pick up from the airport and drop off to the port was included in our reservation. We had originally booked a twin room but it smelled a lot like cigarette so they upgraded us to a nicer room. Our room had a mini fridge, rain shower, balcony and a safe. Beach towels for the pool were included, as well as the breakfast which was a buffet of great variety. The personal was really welcoming and helpful to all of our needs. Would definitely recommend it!!
Cons: The only thing was the cigarette smoke smell from the past clients in our room, if they hadn’t upgraded us that would’ve ruined our stay.
6,7 Good
Pros: Great staff very kind and helpful
Cons: One of the worst buffet breakfasts i have ever seen, unfortunately. Luckily its possible to order your own and pay extra again, which is edible...
7,5 Good
Pros: Location was great as it was right next to the port and had a bus stop to town and the beach right outside. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the place was spotless.
Cons: The breakfast was disappointing to say the least. There was little choice than just going Greek. Other places we stayed at put the breakfast to shame I'm afraid.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean, modern, functional. Good location for bus stop, boat stop. Hotel has port and airport shuttle, which is very convenient.
Cons: Breakfast is too simple, could make more effort on the variety.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the staff, the food. Everything really.
Cons: N/A
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Free transfer was a good bonus. Staff were great and offered loads of info.
Cons: Only negative would be the price but we got a below market rate given how expensive other places on Mykonos are
6,2 Good
Pros: Just location
Cons: Fisrt they said that the breakfast supposed to be from 7 to 11, the other that people was arriving like 10:30 and they we’re taking away the food from the breakfast table, many people in that day didn’t have a breakfast because of it, I feel that they we’re running to finish fast the breakfast time !
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very close to the sea bus pick up point and to the ferry terminal Clean and comfortable Friendly and helpful staff Hotel and Restaurant prices more reasonable compared to most of their competitors on this crazy expensive island
Cons: Breakfast could be improved
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel itself was lovely. The owner was happy to help with any questions we had, and his staff were great too. The a/c was a life saver at night time as the tiled floors throughout the room seemed to be heated, making the room feel extra hot during the night.
Cons: The beds took a couple of nights to get used to. They were quite hard and unfortunately were two single beds pushed together, rather than a queen. Other than that, can’t fault!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Mykonos. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast is a buffet style with plenty of choice., my favourite was the rolled fig vine leaves, they were very tasty. Without a doubt i would stay at this hotel again.
Cons: Due to the windy weather the window shutter's were constantly banging against the wall, which at night was a little bit annoying.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Great location near the best beach in Mykonos. Nice pool.
Cons: We found the service was not genuine or always trying to make another buck out of us. Otherwise it’s very transactional. I would have expected freshly cooked eggs at breakfast for the price of this Hotel. We paid $750AU in peak season and it was not at all worth its price. If you go in the off season and pay less, I’m sure you will be satisfied.

Pros: Well, from where to start? Great experience, one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location was near the beach and 10 min far from the old town, windmills and little venice(we rented an atv from a shop that is located just one step outside the hotel door) The hotel is renovated, big rooms with all the facilities you could possibly need and some rooms has beautiful view with a pool and we were lucky to try one, a very delicious breakfast and the most important thing is that BIG smile on everyone’s face (staff) and they are very very very helpfull; best team you need to be surrounded by when on a vacation and in a 5 stars resort.
Cons: Honestly there is one thing that i didn’t like that is the rooms are a bit noisy BUT that is ok because when you are tired you sleep anyway ...

Pros: Very nice room design Excellent staff, always were very helpful. Clean room. Close to beaches, bus stop nearby

Pros: My friends and I had an excellent experience with Palladuim Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from check in to check out. A very very very special thanks to Thanos and Kherra. Will defiantly be staying again.

Pros: Great sunset view, beautiful infinity pool. Nice Molton brown toiletries. The hotel has beautiful simple interior design. Big plus having breakfast served until 11 am. Excellent location, walking distance to town centre.

7,1 Good
Pros: - Awesome pool and bar chilling area, very attentive staff. - perfect location, close to everything.
Cons: - We stayed in the junior suite with sea veiw. The bathroom drain made the relatively small room sink of sewage, this got so bad that we complained, they poured unblocking chemicals down there and it helped, but the scent remained. - Dinning room does not have enough tables for all guests to have brekky.

Pros: The wonderful view on Mykonos and the infinity pool; staff extremely kind

Cons: The room was noisy. We could hear a lot of noise from the room above us. This is a big problem!! It should not happen in hotels of this price and category.
6,5 Good
Pros: Beach access was wonderful. Staff at pool / beach were lovely. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: I know Mykonos is expensive but I booked a Classic room for the Seaview and there was no Seaview at all unless I hung off the balcony. Bathroom sink was in the middle of the room. Outrageously expensive for the quality of room. Food was truly awful compared to the other hotels where we stayed - flavourless, poorly presented and expensive. Worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in 26 countries.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beyond outstanding. From my collection at the port, to the arrival at the hotel, to my very early checkout and departure, the staff were exceptional. Amenities and facilities were lux. Small details like frozen towels brought to you poolside to cool your face takes this boutique hotel miles ahead of others. The view was spectacular.
Cons: Not a single thing to complain about.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has an amazing boheme vibe! We liked the architecture, the beautiful room, the personal and very kind staff, the location...just everything!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really fantastic hotel. Everything was spot on: as it was quiet season they upgraded us on arrival... The pool area is stunning with excellent food & drinks... The rooms are spacious and immaculate with fantastic bathrooms. Concierge was very helpful. Location is good, a short walk (without pavements but that seems par for the course in Mykonos) into town.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Service! The service here was top notch, the staff were very attentive to all our needs. Everyone was friendly, and polite. The layout of our suite was great with the door from the jacuzzi straight into the shower. The views were great, waking up to see the sea was refreshing every morning.
Cons: There were a couple of dogs in the property below which barked a bit in the morning, it didn't bother us as we are early risers but may be bothersome to others.

Pros: Location close to Mykonos town easily reachable by foot, Facilities, Service, Staff all absolutely great
Cons: Difficult to reach by rental car, better take a cab or hotel car service intead
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms each unique we had the family garden suite which was cute and lovely. Good for people watching too. Staff at from of house and breakfast very welcoming.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about the hotel is the pool area. Perfectly set up to create a great vibe
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is my second stay at this hotel. It is a dream.. but the stand out aspect is the staff. I loved that it was the same staff from last year. They are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lounging by the stunning pool all day is a dream followed by lunch at the restaurant and drinks at the bar before heading out. The bar staff are amazing. The hotel has such a great vibe!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff made all the difference. The service and the receptiveness of the staff was great very impressive. It felt like home. If you are looking to stay in town then the location is great.
Cons: Not value for money. Considering that the rate per night is comparable to ultra luxury rates. It is very expensive. Some fixtures within the room seem run down, and to maintain the reputation the product offer should match the fantastic service. Rooms can be noisy depending on what’s happening within the vicinity.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location couldn't be any better - not in town where it is crowded every hour of the day and night, but on the borderline. The hotel has a parking area in case you rent a car, and the staff are super helpful and genuine.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is it’s biggest attribute. You’re close enough to the street where you can easily access with luggage and close enough to center where you can walk comfortably without big steep hills. Had we been further in town access with luggage would have been a nightmare and being dropped off in taxi would have been far.
Cons: This is not a 5-star property although advertised as such by booking.com (at no fault of the hotel I think, as they do not have stars outside the door). I would rate this a 4-star, on the basic side, but comfortable and clean. It’s practicality was its biggest asset. Not luxury, but not bad either. 8 out of 10 i would say.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was great and the location was perfect.
Cons: Toilet and shower shared the same floor. Meaning if you showered and then you used the toilet you shorts could get wet. Room was tiny and the AC unit was directly above our bed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the attention were excellent.
Cons: To get food service at the Bar or Pool takes forever. We had to walked away twice after waiting for an hour without being served.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location friendly staff and great pool area

Pros: The property itself was so well maintained and nicely decorated. So clean and neat with AMAZING views. Best of all was the staff who were all so welcoming and accommodating.
Cons: The breakfast could have been a little better but the rest of the items on the menu were great. Also excellent value for money. A phone in the room would have been great also.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The property was beautiful. We had a wonderful welcome with welcome drinks. The 2 bedroom room we had was fabulous with a nice balcony. The pool is incredible! Never have I seen another pool as deep! The view from the pool area is fabulous! Especially at sunset.
Cons: It’s not that we didn’t like it. Just a bit disappointed with a breakfast mistake and there was no apology for it. Otherwise everything was impeccable!
7,5 Good
Pros: Next to great restaurant. They picked me up from airport. Marios very accommodating.
Cons: Location of room not great. Very loud right on road. Did not complain because there for only one night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic. We loved the Hotel. pool was wonderful. We will definitely come back.
Cons: Our room towels were wet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was good not the mattrass
Cons: Everything was vert pleasant and confotable. It’s away from the noisy centre
10,0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the room cleanliness, the staff, the food, the views and the location, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Located around a 5/10 minute bus journey (which runs from walking distance from the hotel, and runs every hour until 2am), from Mykonos town, the location is perfect for a chilled out atmosphere, but still close enough for the main town on the evening. When comparing against some of the extremely expensive hotels in Mykonos, myself and my girlfriend are so happy we found Flaskos, as it made our stay here in Mykonos perfect.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived in Mykonos port and got welcomed by our pick up to reception and and staff. This was the last stop for our Greek island trip and im so glad we spent our last few days here. We got a lovely surprise upgrade to our room when we arrived and lots of useful information. Nothing was a problem and the staff could help with everything. We would love to book and come back again
Cons: Nothing, we loved our time here
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVED the property and the room and mostly the staff - so super friendly - especially Julia - what a wonderful host. The comfort of the bedroom and the pillow choice was just so sublime - wow - wow - wow :-)
7,9 Good
Pros: The swimming pool the linen smell very clean and fresh the music was soft and nice
Cons: The furniture

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, excellent staff, great location and an excellent restaurant. Pool area and bar was A1.
Cons: There are many steps (83!!) which we used every day. There is a lift but still need to be relatively mobile for this 5star hotel. Not much to dislike! Balcony furniture could be a touch more comfortable!
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing! Well maybe the location was convenient since it was very close to town. But other than that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Cons: Absolutely everything! We had no phone in our room, the curtains were missing a panel in the middle so we’d have complete sunlight by 6.30am (the hotel suggested perhaps using eye masks?!? Seriously..??) also, the shower was a plastic cabin inserted in the bathroom that was probably installed 10 years ago... the hotel was ridiculously overpriced for the quality... paid 5star plus prices for a barely 3 star hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view . Suit was comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff , many thanks for Maria , she did all reservations for restaurants and beaches before arrival .
Cons: Breakfast until 10:30 a.m
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Very expensive for what you get. Not value for money. Even though breakfast was included in the price of room - we ordered the breakfast to come to our room and were charged 46 euro for room service. So essentially paid for someone to walk it to our room. Would say this is a 3 start hotel however paying 4/5 star pricing.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff and location
Cons: The curtains were too small for the window pf our hotel room. They moved us to another room and same problem. Also no proper material which blacks out any light. So we barely slept...the staff was nice and the location was good, however they didn’t seem to feel to have to do anything as a sense of understanding that not sleeping on holiday in a 5 star hotel is not ok. Rooms were big, but bathrooms very small and not so clean. Issues with flushing toilet and water temperature of shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in prime location and amazing view but most and foremost - excellent and attentive staff!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything especially the ladies at the reception and Conceriage who made our trip more pleasure as they arrange our restaurants and beach club booking before our arriving
Cons: Small bathroom
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, the location is really perfect, close to the town center. The staff is really amazing, very professional and very kind, special mention to the concierge (the girl always dressed in red) who has been very helpful for booking restaurants, beach clubs and is always smiling :) Breakfast is very good, and the terrace around the pool is perfect for having a beautiful sunset with a glass of wine before having diner
Cons: We had a suite with hot tub, and the way the balcony is made, the only view you have when you are sit is the wall of the balcony (picture attached). So it's a sea view, but only when you are stand up... The only thing really annoying, is due to the location, really close to the port and the airport, you always have very big ships just in front of the hotel. The second thing due to the location, you can hear lots of airplanes taking off, as the hotel is just on the path of the planes taking off... But in lots of islands you got this I think the rooms can be better decorated, furnitures are a little bit cheap...
7,9 Good
Pros: Location. Location. Location. Kouros is a few min drive from town which is very convenient. The pool was also great on days that weren’t so windy. Excellent view from the room.
Cons: The rooms are ok. Design—wise I expected more for what I paid. The wooden shutters didn’t keep the light out and after the first night I was told blinds would be installed but they never were. The spa had no windows or AC and was claustrophobic.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything. Location, rooms, facility & the pool
Cons: No daily complementary water

Pros: The property was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. It was around 10 mins from the airport and then 10 minutes from the old town. The facilities were extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and forever welcoming. Our rook was upgraded from a superior room to a junior suite also.
Cons: Nothing not to like about the hotel !
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast really good, staff really nice,
Cons: Prices of food and drinks
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Everyone at this hotel goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and helps with everything you need for your stay in Mykonos, from tour reservations to shuttles to the port. My room was clean, modern and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and a sea view. I will definitely be back!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 2 nights. We had an early check in (11:00 instead of 14:00) and an upgrade from a cocoon room to a suite, without asking for it. The staff was welcoming and they offered us a welcome drink on arrival (we never had it as we left to go to the town). They use 'whatsup' to send updates and collaborate with bike and car rentals that bring the vehicle to the hotel, which is convenient. Breakfast is good a lot of choice.
Cons: The staff was attentive but attention to detail can make a difference to a guest who has very little time to unwind. Overall, it is a good hotel and the following are details. The espresso coffee I ordered at breakfast was burnt. Also I would have liked to be offered the coffee at breakfast and not get charged for it. They mixed up our order in the breakfast (ham instead of cheese), which we ate, as it was not an issue (no allergies, no vegetarians). In addition, they never brought us coffee the second morning, as they forgot. At checkout, the charge for the minivan to take us to the port was 8 euros per person. Again, that could have been complimentary.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff; good located in walking distance to the city
Cons: Our room was located next to the neighbor hotels bar and dining area, loud music from 8am to 11pm, no problem during the day, just in the morning disturbing for us! Just a tiny window in the room, therefore a little bit dark
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location , just in a walking step from everywhere. The hotel, freshly renovated, clean, chic and got everything you need ! Large pool , amazing restaurant and a functional gym. The rooms are great ( we had the upper big one with jacuzzi) !!! But above all the kind, professional, nice and warm welcoming staff!! Already miss you guys ! Will be back very soon
Cons: Nothing.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: the location, the pool, the (newly designed) rooms, the views
Cons: the reception (welcoming) was not very welcoming when we arrived, they do not have the know how to deal with customers in a polite manner. one of the rooms was in another building which was older in design and we didn't know about this. the new designs are much better
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location & view was fantastic nice big pool & balcony.
Cons: Our safe didn’t work & they didn’t replace it also sometimes our card wouldn’t unlock the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful pool and room was perfect! Service and breakfast were above average!
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is good, closing to the windmill, and the balcony has wonderful sea views. Clerks are so kind and nice. Otherwise the breakfast is good. Great experience in there.
Cons: The chairs in balcony need to be cleaned frenquently.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location great. Rooms are quiet. Staff friendly. Nice sunset views. Bed comfortable but a bit soft. Nicely decorated rooms.
Cons: The rooms were clean for Greece however there were hairs from previous occupants in the room when we arrived and general grime in the bathroom corners. There are no towel rails in the room. They ask you to reuse towels but with nowhere to hang them this is not possible. The water in spa was a bit dirty so we didn't use, despite paying a premium for the room. There were no tissues in the room but the cleaners supplied upon request. There are no soap dishes in bathroom or shower so soap gets everywhere and makes a mess. The AC unit drips water constantly and floods the floor and sofa below unit so it cannot be used. We only used ceiling fan. The slippers provided were paper thin and ripped after 5 mins of use, so no point even using these. Water was only provided on arrival despite signs in hotel saying water is not potable. Water should be provided every day. Breakfast was adequate but make sure you get in before 10am as after this they no longer keep restocking food, despite breakfast finishing at 10.30am. It would be great if window/door could be left open at night as it gets hot and stuffy, even with fan on. We stayed in room 005.
6,3 Good
Pros: I liked the view
Cons: The staff is the unfriendliest I've encountered in all my travels
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and easily walkable to town Hotel was clean and staff were pleasant and friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Pool. Staff. All was great.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: bed, pool, breakfast
Cons: bathroom
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The Poseidon Hotel Suites was in the perfect location to the Mykonos town and the property was really nice. The daily breakfast was a really good value which helped offset the expensive room bill. The room was a really nice size compared to other hotels we had the 2 weeks we have been in Europe. The pool staff was very accommodating and the bar staff super nice.
Cons: Front desk staff were pretty rude. They always seemed to be inconvenienced by our questions or getting directions on where to go. We had one day where we were not feeling well and couldn't get out of the room until after 15:00 and when we called the front desk to have the room cleaned, we were told it was too late. They did not offer towels or products, essentially just brushed us off.
