Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many mentioning positive experiences with both reception and cleaning personnel. The pool area and private pool options are well-liked, especially for families. Food receives mixed feedback: some guests enjoy the variety and quality, while others find it repetitive or not to their taste. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews noting problems with room and bathroom hygiene, though others report daily cleaning. The location is generally appreciated for its views and convenience, but the uphill setting and lack of direct beach access are noted as drawbacks. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value, especially for those prioritizing service and amenities over luxury.
