The design is very beautiful, everything was clean, staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, a very big buffet with a great varied choice of dishes (sea food, cheeses, meats, fruits.. and everything). The pool was clean and nice, and the beach is near to the property and the water was perfect.

This was far the best hotel we’ve ever been to, and we travel a lot. Everything in this hotel was great! We will return again for sure!

Wow, what a fantastic hotel! We absolutely loved it, the location was the best and the staff were lovely, especially super Sanet at the little restaurant by the pool. But they all work so hard and are polite and friendly
Not being able to access the VIP area so no access to a jacuzzi (minor problem)

Great pool. Right by the beach. Great staff
The air conditioning was leaking on my 3rd day and i left Tenerife with a bad cold. I feel the the AC at the hotel played a part in this. Some of the cupboards had uneven/broken doors

The area was so large that the restaurant or pool deck never felt overcrowded. Food was replaced immediately and had good variety and quality. Service at the pool deck was excellent, as every other service as well.
There was 3-times some group gymnastic at the pool side with music. Although the music was not that loud, the rhythm and the commands of the teacher were disturbing the peace and atmosphere.
