Pros:Set up of the room was nice, the concierge was very friendly, every day. Starbucks coffee offered was good.
Cons:Walls were paper thin and I could hear literally everything the other room was doing, from shows on their TV to them coughing or using silverware. I could not sleep at all, had to turn the TV up to keep from hearing the other room. The elevator and stairs were very far from the lobby. Super inconvenient:(

Pros:Easy to find in pleasant neighborhood. Check in staff are great: personable, friendly and quick to help. I received the room I wanted and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Bistro food was available at 5pm, but I found two very nice steakhouses (yelp $$ & $$$) less than a half mile from the hotel. A 5 mile Yelp search will show you all your favorites are close. and parking is easy. Good TV channel package. The morning offers a clean shower with easily controlled water temp. Plenty of clean towels, good lighting for shaving and a cup of in room starbucks to catchup on the CNBC overnights. All this made possible by a great staff. See you again in 3 months

Cons:They charged my credit card $100.00 for incidentals with out telling me. The refund takes about a week. When I protested they pointed to a little sign on the desk and said it was their policy. That's bullshit. They didn't make up the room till late in the afternoon.

Pros:After a road trip, those beds felt like heaven. The blinds kept the sun away. My nephews loved the pool. It was a great buy and completely worth it.

Pros:The hotel was very modern and clean. The location was excellent for our evening at The Improv. There were many great restaurants to choose from. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and safe to run. I found a trail nearby with a park.

Pros:It was clean, the lobby area was nicely updated and comfortable, the location was great.
Cons:The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, we had some heavy luggage and were put on the 2nd floor, so we had to lug them up and down stairs. The staff didn't seem to care, there was no apology, or offer to help in any way. We had to ask for a 2nd roll of tolet paper, and there were no coffee cups to go with the in-room coffee maker.
