Pros: The hotel was divine, close to the ski slopes and restaurants. The indoor swimming pool has such a lovely setting it was really a beautiful place to stay. Will definitely be back again.

Pros: Excellent Breakfast. Location to the nursery slopes and staff on hand to help with looking after equipment at the bottom of the slope. We were able to hire equipment directly from the Hotel this year, big time saving and logistical help.

Cons: The staff in the Spa were very unwelcoming towards our family unit even though we were the only patrons using it at the time.

Pros: Crisp bed linen. Location

Cons: Way too hot in the rooms with no way to cool it down. No cold water in bathroom

Pros: This was our second stay in the hotel and we found the staff this time were much friendlier than on our previous stay. Our room on the 4th floor wasn't as good as the one on the 3rd floor (both Charme suites) but it may suit some people as it's split over two floors. It was very spacious with 2 bathrooms. The bar area in the evening is a nice relaxing spot to wind down and have a drink and some snacks after a day skiing. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Cons: The path from the hotel to the slopes were treacherous with thick ice. Management should make more of an effort to keep this path clear. Dinner in the restaurant could have more vegetarian pasta choices. On some days there were no options without fish or meat. The early finish in the spa of 5pm for children is slightly too early, even an extension to 5.30 would be helpful and give time to get back from the slopes.

Pros: Friendly service, great spa.

Pros: Great room, comfortable bed, lovely lounge and fire area.

Cons: It’s snowed while we were driving to the hotel. We put snow chains on and we’re fine. However I wouldn’t recommend driving there in the snow without them, very steep windy corners. We drove past a FWD which slid off the road. Spa is €20 extra per person. Parking is €15.

Pros: The location is on walking distance to the skiing slopes. The kids liked the playroom in the hotel. Free parking. The breakfast was O.K. with good variety.

Cons: We had some difficulty in communication with the hotel staff in English. The good thing, we managed to finalize the check-in, out and payment processes correctly.

Pros: In two weeks I slept her twice. Perfectly clean Hotel. New owner such a nice people. Competent and smiling always. Really warm (feel like stay in a Caraibi Island) totally quite mood. Location and car parking are excellent. Thanks to all the Staff.

Cons: cover on the bed was not clean; in the bathroom were not good soap and other confortable service you wish in the hotel 4 stars !

Pros: i liked the position, easily to reach and walkable distance from the Abetone square.

Cons: spa is not such a big thing as i expected. it could be better.

Pros: We did not like anything unfortunately as the majority of the hotel was occupied by school parties which we had not been advised of when booking. The children basically were unsupervised and caused serious noise and disruption from early afternoon until around 23:00 at night. Our brief stay was horrendous as we left after 1 night of a 4 night stay and my wife complained on at least 3 occasions to hotel staff and the children directly but the behaviour and noise did not stop. The kids were running around the corridors, shouting, screaming, knocking on doors, slamming doors. My wife became very upset and I advised the hotel reception that if the extreme behaviour and proper supervision of the children did not improve that we would have to leave. Our stay was ruined in the end as no solution was provided by the hotel and we were left without a choice. We paid €468 and the hotel could not refund our money even though all the staff agreed the children were out of control and not supervised. This situation is unfair as we were not responsible for any of this. We are seriously out of pocket and finding alternative accommodation has cost us over €600. Booking.com and the hotel have let us down extremely badly.

Pros: Lovely hotel and staff. Very accomadating towards our dog. Spa was great too

Cons: Ski room wasn’t very convienant and no boot warmer. Pillows were non existent and when we asked for more they didn’t bring them to us. Heating was strange. Came on sporadically. Was very cold in the room when we got back from skiing and very cold in the morning.

Pros: FRiendliness of the staff. Kind upgrade to a suite as our room was noisy. Grand old building. Great location for skiing.

Cons: Room was too warm and the heat could not be reduced. Few more paintings would be nice! Reupholstering of some of the sofas would give it a fresher look.

Pros: Nicely decorated and furnished lobby.Room was big enough,clean and warm , foods was tasty ,Maitre d'Hotel Salvatore and his service team was great and helpful.Thanks to everyone again.Location is is great very close to ski hire shops and slopes.I recommend this lovely hotel .

Cons: wifi didnt work well .Breakfast wasnt super for 4 star hotel but it was okey. Front office staff was very cold ,they were not helpful and they don't speak English

Cons: Magnetic key not working, never changed towels in 3 nights
