Had to asked 3 times for an extra towel. During the day you wait a long time for coffee in the bar ( no employee there ) Breakfast not okay ...Bread is not fresh. Elevators broken. No slippers in the room no possibility for marking a cofee in the room. Bathroom very very small ( has a standard room ). For this kind of price you can get much better in this area.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, because it fulfills all our expectations. Friendly staff, great spa facilities open until 10 pm. The room is spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom.

The stuff are always good feeling, everyboday is kind, quickly response to ask something. But this time I found the cleaning is not good. My room's floor is always same dust even if after the room cleaning. At the same time table cloth and seets are completely clean.
The room plan is not good. Bofore I spend a room was perfect big windows and big balkony, but in this time the window is a small but toilet place with same size window. And without balkny. It's pity for guests.
