Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly, professional staff. Many appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as occasional hidden costs, breakfast variety, and rare negative experiences with staff or room amenities, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.
