Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient and tranquil location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. However, many found the service lacking, especially due to the absence of on-site reception, inconvenient check-in procedures, and the need to use facilities like breakfast or the pool at a partner hotel. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it limited. Several reviewers felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, and amenities such as the bar, restaurant, and pool being off-site or closed were a source of frustration.
