Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, modern design, and friendly, helpful staff. Many found the beds to be very comfortable and appreciated the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms were quite small and lacked sufficient space for luggage, which was a common downside. Despite some minor issues with noise, parking, and breakfast options, the overall experience was positive, with guests highlighting the cleanliness, convenience, and welcoming atmosphere.

Pros (+) Staff was amazing and attentative. We missed our flight and Melita was able to rebook our stay at no charge and no difficulty. Communication was prompt. Also, Boris, Mislav and Sanja were great hosts, who poited us to the city's sights and gave us good recomendations. Housekeeping lady Ana was also nice and made sure our room wass spotles and well stocked.
Cons (-) There is not a single thing that I could complain about. Maybe bathrooms could be little bigger.
