Summary of reviews

Guests say
Reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, musty odors, and mold in rooms and bathrooms, though some described the property as very clean and well kept. Service received both praise for friendly and helpful staff, and criticism for rudeness or unhelpfulness. The pool was a highlight for some, but others found it cloudy, cold, or in need of maintenance. Breakfast was mentioned frequently, with some enjoying it and others disappointed by lack of complimentary options or unclear pricing. The location was considered convenient by several guests. Overall, the hotel has both strengths and areas needing improvement.
