The Hotels position is very central to all amenities York has to offer. Clean and very comfortable room with a big comfy bed. The view from the room overlooking the Ouse was stunning. The staff all over the hotel are friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked to go back at Easter.

Had to come away a day earlier due to what’s going on at this time and restrictions but staff were brilliant and we even got a refund thank you Queens Hotel Will definitely go back when we can .

The bathroom ventilator didn't work. The room TV had to be retuned every time it was switched on. To be fair we didn't mention either to the Reception.
