Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant issues with cleanliness, poor customer service, and unhelpful or rude staff. Many experienced problems such as dirty rooms, bed bugs, broken amenities, and lack of communication from management. However, some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and found the location to be convenient. A few positive mentions were made about certain staff members and the value for price, but these were outweighed by negative experiences. Breakfast and basic amenities also received criticism.

Cons (-) We had to switch rooms because the first room smelled like smoke or cleaning product to cover the smell of smoke. When we moved to a new room it had 2 green trash bags outside the door that were ripped open as if they had been sitting there for days. I had to clean hair out of the bathroom. Plus the hotel never removed a sticker on the tub.
