Good food nice restaurant and lounge
Great location to ferry Nice size suite. Plenty of free parking
Mattress on pullout couch needs replacing Second bathroom needs more shelving
Walking distance to ferry terminal. Has a pool. Motorcycle friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Appetizers in the bar were horrible.
Not a 4 star hotel at all. Room 220 horrible. Go in and check it out. Rug was stain in some parts, worn out in other sections, broken and missing in another section. Phone did not work. In the bathroom black mold on the edges of the bathtub. To make matters worse any time someone sat on the toilet..... water started dripping from the tank. Staff seemed overworked and not friendly nor helpful. We were suppose to stay 4 nights. We staid 2 because we could not get Cat Ferry passage fast enough. I am not used to leaving negative reviews. But I hope this help someone. There is a Best Western on the same rode a few blocks up the rode. Try that one. You might have better luck.
The service was terrible- the front desk and especially the lounge. Absolutely unpleasant. So much that we cancelled our next night there and found somewhere else to stay. The hotel isn't very nice or updated, either.
staff is great hotel what so much
Very poor parking for guest funky smell in the entire hotel room should have been cleaner gum left in the garbage cans
The comforters were awesome. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was good to walk into town and around.
The A/C was pretty weak. The beds were soft, which wasn't great for our backs.
