The staff was rude, we had our boarding passes ready, but went to the check in counters in order to make sure that our luggage was ok to take on board, the guy at the check in counter was bored, hardly answered our questions, he confirmed that i could take my small trolley bag on board, but then a rude lady at the boarding counter told us that we had to pay and made a scene as we waited, but it is not our fault if the wizz air staff does not provide passengers with all the right information. Unacceptable, that's why we try very hard not to travel with carriers like wizz air.

One female air host person was rude to the guy sitting next to me. Just very short with him when he asked to move from the middle seat ro an empty isle seat. No entertainment as short haul and I didn't have the food so put OK
Someone else was given my seat without my knowledge, boarding has been delayed at least 2 hours every single time I’ve used wizzair. Staff don’t care, I give the airline a 1/10 as they at least have a plane. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Delayed flight, check in online is a mess around, I know you’re trying to make money but you make it so hard to check in online. They didn’t have tea on board, super expensive everything. I won’t be flying again with wizzair

There were no agents for check in until 10AM when the flight waa booked to depart at 11:40 AM. Also, there was no distinction between Priority and Non-Priority so everything was a right mess. While queueing, I was informed of a flight delays while all the airprt screens where showing the previous time - even informing of a gate number which confused many of us.
Late take off, and wish you wouldn’t charge for water, a basic need, as it is free everywhere else..
On time, we’ll organised and friendly. Booked extra leg room luckily as the seats as standard have little leg room if you are over 5’4”

The flight was delayed by more than an hour, there was a delay after arrival to Luton and the bags were very much delayed too.

Flight been cancelled twice..than I haven’t fly with WIZZ ..I have fly with British Airways and changed the Airoport too because those changes.Not really happy taking on consideration that been cancelled with out notice

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
Was never offered a drink or refreshment near middle of plane. When I asked for a drink was told they’d run out of milk. Flight was nearly 5 hours! Very cramped seating and issue with on-line boarding card.

Pros: The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well.
Cons: Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving.
Pros: I appreciate having updates about the flight mid flight.
Cons: Better management of certain unruly passengers causing a scene by taking seats which were not for them because they can’t be bothered to book two seats together during the booking process and try and take a short cut when it comes to getting on the plane.

Pros: We were able to bring our normal size backpacks as personal items even though they were certainly larger than the tiny personal item size limit.
Cons: We had a terrible experience with getting checked in online and adding a checked bag. Numerous issues getting in touch with the company and the call centre staff was rude and unhelpful. The website is glitchy. The fee for bringing checked luggage was very high. We won't use this airline again.
