Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing key sites. However, many reviews highlight serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and the presence of cobwebs and dust. The breakfast is frequently described as overpriced and of poor quality, with several guests finding it unappetizing or unsanitary. Service is often criticized for being unresponsive or absent, and some guests mention problems with amenities such as heating, TV, and payment options. While a few guests appreciate the unique room decor and historical charm, the overall impression is marred by maintenance and service shortcomings.
