double bed, plenty of pillows, and very clean I was a solo traveller, my room was very clean and comfortable, and an ok shower. easy access on the first floor, and not noisy from the road.
noisy people late on on the Sunday evening in the room above me, i could hear them talking. It was a frosty morning, but my central heating didn't come on until 7 am and my room was very cold. I used the hair dryer to warm the room because i wanted an early start.
Location was great, just a couple of minutes walk from restaurants and bars. Room was a good size, it was clean and had everything we needed...even bath robes. Also had parking at the property, something I always look for.
There was nothing I disliked. I usually like to stay somewhere that offers breakfast, although that said, local cafes are only a couple of minutes walk.
The customer service was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The room was beautifully clean, very warm and cosy with the heating on when we arrived and included lovely little amenities. Nick who checked us in shown us straight to our room and told us to park the car straight outside making it easier for us. He was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would come and stay here again just for the service and experience here.
Nothing. Everything was lovely!
Location was good.
The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was no breakfast available.
