Cons (-) We were taking our luggage to our vehicle and encountered a member of the staff. He asked if we were checking out and what room. Before we could get back to the room from vehicle our keycard has been deactivated.

Cons (-) When we checked into our room, there was trash from the previous guests in the cans, used toiletries still in the shower, and holes and blood stains on the sheets (despite the bed having been made). We were not refunded, compensated, or even allowed to speak to a manager.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and the person who checked us in was very funny and kind! The main lobby was very pretty and well set up and decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Room had a small microwave and fridge as well as a coffe pot. Nice tv, didn't end up using it so I'm not true about the available channels. Over all decent for the price but definitely loser quality than expected. Ve...

The light in the bathroom had a fan that turned on with it, the fan was busted and made a very loud grinding and squeaking sound.
