Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional beachfront location, describing it as stunning and perfect for relaxation. The service, especially from hosts Rita and Nick, is frequently highlighted as warm, attentive, and above expectations. Cleanliness is consistently noted, and the atmosphere is described as charming and inviting. However, several guests mention that some rooms are smaller than expected, especially the budget options, and a few note issues with noise or lack of amenities like air conditioning.
