10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel, with a good location.
Cons: Hotel staff seems to be overwhelmed during breakfast time, even though attendance appeared to be normal.
6,5 Good
Pros: Clean, easily accessible. Nice room and friendly staff. This facility was definitely smaller than other Staybridge locations I’ve stayed in, but neat and tidy.
Cons: Bed was rock hard, breakfast was not as good as usually expected for Staybridge. Really high pet fee was an unpleasant surprise which was not readily advertised. Not happy about the unexpected pet fee that practically doubled the cost of the room. Definitely won’t visit Staybridge again when traveling with our pet. Rooms were down scaled and the bathroom door actually drug across the front of the toilet. Cheap wire racks in the closet instead of nice cabinets. It wasn’t poorly done, just not to the standard I’ve come to expect from Staybridge.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Air conditioner Front desk girl rude. Not helpful.
Cons: I stayed last month and was excellent. Upon check- in I asked for 2 beds. Same as before. I was told it was not allowed. I had been given a studio with one bed. Unlike the previous stay (2 beds, separate from living area). Room was very cramped. Horrible
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every December my girlfriends and I do a girls night out at a hotel with a suite that can keep us in the same room. This is our 2nd year at this one and it is perfect. Would like to have room 227 again.
Cons: Everything was perfect but it's too late to change the layout of the restrooms. The toilet is in same area as the shower in the master bedroom suites. We worked it out though. Some ladies were uncomfortable showering while others used the facility because of the glass doors are see through.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice attractive rooms.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We decided on this hotel based on proximity to the zoo and the kids' pool for our stay-cation. It definitely did not disappoint! My kids couldn't get enough of the pool, which was great because it had a really shallow part for our little one and the deepest part was only 4 feet. Breakfast was cheap and really good. Service was so friendly - and that's everyone there, from room service to the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, even the maintenance guy was an absolute pleasure! Free parking is awesome. Besides being close to the zoo, there is also wonderful playground nearby. All in all it was a great spot for the family and would definitely recommend!
Cons: Nothing!

Cons: I assumed that there would be a bar and restaurant, however I didn't check beforehand so my fault entirely for assuming. However the happy hour offering made up for this fact and it is so close to restaurant's that it wasn't really a hardship

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
7,9 Good
Pros: It warmed my heart that the hotel was so welcoming to pets without the hindrance of size restrictions. They have a pet path for the bathroom (please clean up after your pet). The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed it and it was helpful since we were in transition coming from CA, it was nice to have the kids fed before school. The facilities do have an electric stove top and a microwave for making food. They also had dinners M-W in the hotel. One day was a burger burn and another day they had an Italian food truck come, where they provided the drinks (including beer) for guests that bought food. The pool is cute. No hot tub. You need tokens from the front desk to do laundry. I really liked the location. It is close to any amenity you may need, including a movie theatre.
Cons: Cons: Night #3 found a roach in the bath tub, the next day there was one on the floor coming out from under the refrigerator. Some hardworking companies had employees staying there. They would stay up pretty late in the courtyard by the pool. It was really hard to fall asleep. I had to call the front desk multiple times to ask when that area gets closed. (It's 10pm....but the last night they were out well into 1am). That is the only time I didn't like being near the courtyard.

Pros: Location is ideal!
Cons: The room needed repairs. Bathroom light shades torn and walls of the room needed repair. Beds were sloppily made and room was small. No king rooms were available disappointingly.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful interior.
Cons: We only had feather blankets and pillows. I’m not a big fan of feathers, but I know the staff would have replaced them if I asked.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The decor and style of the hotel was great.
Cons: The room we booked 6 weeks in advance wasn’t available. Which isn’t huge but the staff were reluctant to help and did not seem to care at all. Moreover, they were rather standoffish when I pressed the issue. I felt as though as soon as they saw I drove a Honda, they didn’t give me the time of day. After that, it was just small acts of discrimination by almost everyone. Like I said, the front desk didn’t seem to care about our suite not being available, the guy who was handing out free smoothies didn’t seem too happy about me grabbing one, and finally, when we were leaving, we paid for our parking at the valet desk who didn’t give us any sort of ticket or receipt. Which, again, wasn’t a big deal until the valet driver asked for it. Who then, I kid you not, looked us up and down and told us to wait while he went and verified for himself. Again, not a big deal if he wasn’t such a jerk about it. Long story short, I will likely not be staying here again.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Nice hotel centrally located

Pros: Close to Convention Center.
6,0 Good
Pros: Nothing stood out that I can mention.
Cons: I expected a 4 star experience and it was at best a 3 star. I was looking forward to experiencing the OMNI and was a bit disappointed. I did ask for a 1/2 hour extension on check out and was informed that was not possible.
1,0 Poor
Cons: Total lack of customer service. We were given notice a couple weeks by the hotel that they were performing maintenance on the day we were arriving and we would not be able to check in until 4. So, on Monday, the 23rd, we called the hotel to confirm that we could check in and were told by the front desk that we would be able to at 4. We arrived at 4 and were informed that the hotel was closed and we couldn't check in. They continued to string us on during the week and could never give us a firm date when we would be able to check in. They continually acted like it would be no big deal to check out of our current accommodations with our dog and pray that they would actually let us check in. So, we had to scramble to make arrangements for ourselves and our dog. We were there for the week to spend Christmas with our kids and grandkids. They referred us to a hotel, but that hotel wasn't pet friendly. We ended up finding the Aloft downtown, which was very accommodating and in a much better location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Aloft and we will definitely go back there. What was the final stab in the back, is that the Omni had the nerve to charge us a cancellation fee. After all the stringing us along about being able to check in. We will not be returning to the Omni and recommend that you don't, either.

Pros: It was good
Cons: All good

Pros: Location and Bob's Steak House.
Cons: Old and dated. Needs updating.
5,4 Okay
Cons: We booked two premiere king rooms. One was the correct size room, but the other was considerably smaller, with no seating area. I was curious how large the room was, so I downloaded an app to measure the area of the room. The room was supposed to be 369 SF, the one I measured was actually 225 square feet or so. Way smaller! The front desk wouldn’t make any concession or even offer to cover the cost of parking.

Pros: The manager, on the second day we were, was understandable of our situation and apologized for the room which we had reserved and paid for that was given away. We liked our room the second night but first night the room was uncomfortable and dark.
Cons: After long day of travel with airlines delays we got to the property later in the evening and I was greatly disappointed to find out they gave our two bedroom room away which I had already paid for and selected. There were four in our room and they only had one room with one bed and an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed which we had to prepare and call down for all the bedding when it was so late and we were so exhausted. There were 2 front desk people and one was helpful but the other was super rude (ALEX) and disrespectful. Not helpful at all, flat out rude with a bad attitude.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that hotel was actually clean! The tub had a shine to it, the covers on the bed were nice and fresh and we were stocked with clean towels. It definitely exceeded my expectations. We were close to restaurants and shopping centets. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. And I can't speak enough on the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. Usually the bathrooms are "clean" in most hotels but this one....the tub actually had a shine to it! CLEAN!!
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we didn't have a microwave, so when we went out and came back with leftovers there was no way to reheat our food.

Cons: The bed was a little HIGH, my 93 year old MOM had a hard time getting in it. Also the mattress was a little hard or firm. Need to be a little bit softer. Also the covers were a little heavy to try to pull back up, should have been more light weight.

Pros: This was the biggest 2 queen room I ever had. Comfortable beds and sofa. Enough room for grandson to play. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Cons: The room did not have a dresser, so nowhere to store things, except a small cubicle with wire baskets. Left thigs in suitcase in closet, so not to clutter up our space.
